Tony began his construction career in Charlottesville in 1983. As a residential Construction Project Manager, Tony has built single family homes, condominiums, townhomes and apartments in more than 30 subdivisions and neighborhoods. He was involved in many of Charlottesville’s earliest planned communities, such as Forest Lakes and Hollymead. He has managed architects, planners, subcontractors, suppliers and administrative staff. He is also proficient in estimating, budgeting and scheduling.

He has experience in site work, utility installations and road construction .He has long-standing relationships with personnel in the Charlottesville and Albemarle County’s Neighborhood Development Services. He has served on the Board of Directors of Blue Ridge Builders Association and worked on the City of Charlottesville’s Housing Committee.

In 2009, Tony completed the Neighborhood Leadership Institute through the City of Charlottesville, which enables citizens to become involved in shaping the City and its future. Tony is deeply committed to his community and the environment. He volunteers weekly with Habitat for Humanity, is an active church member and is a member of the Central Virginia Beekeepers Association.

Tony and his wife live in Crozet, Virginia. His son lives locally and his daughter, son-in-law and grandson live in New Orleans. He visits NOLA frequently and enjoys Jazz Fest. As an alumnus of the University of Virginia, he can often be seen attending games and cheering for the Hoos.
