Todd Foster is a construction professional with over 20 years of proven success in the residential and commercial building industry, managing hundreds of residential projects, from small renovations to multi-million dollar custom residences to large multi-unit apartment and townhouse projects to commercial office buildings and health care facilities. After graduating from James Madison University, he began his career working on a construction crew before moving into management as a site superintendent. Todd then transitioned into design, working for two architecture firms before returning to construction as a project manager.

Todd’s experience has involved all aspects of construction with a solid knowledge of project development and management emphasizing client negotiations, budgeting, estimating and scheduling. He utilizes strong communication skills with clients, associates, and construction partners to effectively lead the construction team to complete projects on time and under budget with clients’ satisfaction as the priority.

Todd lives in western Albemarle County Virginia with his wife and 4 children and is active in his church and community, volunteering with Little League baseball and softball, Boys and Girl Scouts, the WAHS band boosters, PACEM, Habitat for Humanity and the Blue Ridge Home Builders Association. He enjoys the outdoor beauty of Virginia, baseball and cooking.
